Welcome to Sewerby Hall. This fine period mansion house was the home of the Graeme family for over 200 years before being sold by Yarburgh Lloyd Graeme in 1934. Now, owned by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, the house and grounds are a popular attraction all year round.

Situated on the cliff tops and overlooking the popular seaside resort of Bridlington, the hall and gardens attract visitors from all over the world.

The house is set in over 50 acres of beautiful gardens. From the tranquility and delightful aroma that permeates from the rose garden to the expanse of the front lawn, there is a place for everyone to relax and take in the majesty of this house and its' grounds. Throughout the year various exhibitions are held inside the house, with the Amy Johnson collection being just one exhibit that as become a permanent feature within the house.

During the summer months the lawn in front of the house plays host to many activities including; Medieval Jousting, Morris Minor Car Rallies, Summer Fayres and Band Competitions.

Immediately behind the Hall there is a very popular putting green, a children's zoo and play area. The zoo is very popular with children, where they can see the playful penguins, cheeky monkeys, beautiful birds and the majestic Llamas. The zoo becomes very busy when its feeding time for the Penguins!
